End FGM
We empower communities and protects girls, striving to end Female Genital Mutilation through education, community dialogue, safe spaces, and dignity for every girl.
We are committed to restoring the dignity and worth of girls and women affected by Female Genital Mutilation (FGM). FGM is a human rights violation and a severe act of violence and discrimination against girls and women. This harmful practice is often performed on young girls—sometimes as infants and often before age 15—without their consent. Tragically, some girls have even lost their lives, and adult women continue to endure this painful procedure, which has no medical purpose and causes lifelong physical and emotional harm.
Our mission is to end Female Genital Mutilation (FGM) by raising awareness, educating communities, and advocating for the rights of girls and women.
We offer medical and psychological support to survivors, helping them heal and reclaim their lives. We also partner with community leaders, faith-based organizations, and policymakers to shift cultural perceptions and stop harmful practices. A key program is the Alternative Rite of Passage, allowing girls to celebrate their transition to womanhood without being cut—preserving cultural pride while protecting health and dignity. Together, we can end FGM and build a future where every girl and woman lives free from harm, respected, and valued. Join us to protect human rights and create safer, healthier communities.
